Why has Siri stopped recognizing my voice text commands (iPhone 5s)?

Siri not recognizing my voice text commands. Cannot find names in address book of my iphone 5s.

It tells me it does not have a phone number for Judy Home which is the address I am trying to text to.

Is Judy a contact? Be sure there's a contact with a number for Judy.
