How do I remove a 2n village in Clash of Clans?

Clash of Clans - accidentally set up 2nd village

I just got a new iPad Air II - 64 Gig - SWEET!

But I accidentally logged into the Clash of Clans App - and set up a 2nd village.
I don't want this 2nd village. I'd like to continue playing the current one.

Each time I log into COC with the Old iPad - it asks to over-write my current village with the starter village from my new iPad. I have to deny it each time.

How can I remove the 2nd village? I cannot find any way to do so.
