Is there a way to select all in the email inbox and then delete? I have an iPhoone 6.

For reasons beyond my understanding my company's IT group says I must use an inbound/outbound mail server service to get my email. When I set up a new phone for email I start to receive every email (1000s) since I set up the service (back to 2007). I have contacted teh service asking them to delete all me email from their server to see if this helps but have not yet heard from them. I need a way to "select all" in the inbox and then delete.

There is an option in the native mail app but the function may be disabled because you have your corporate email setup. If you still have functionality, you can select edit in the top right corner then choose Mark All in the bottom left corner & hit trash.
