Why am I not able to save when logged into Call of Duty Heroes?

Call of Duty Heroes Problem

I have a problem with call of duty heroes I can get in thegame but anything I do doesn't save when I log in again it hasn't happend yet.Why?....ai cant attack or chat either?....
