    it say's it want's her info but she don't know it cause she don't use I cloud anymore what can I do to fix this she is not wanting to help me now that she has my money

    I am assuming you're referring to the iCloud activation lock. In that case, there is nothing any of us can do for you. You may consider police or attorney intervention, depending on the circumstances in which you purchased the device. Anyway, without the correct iCloud credentials, the iPhone you purchased is basically useless.
