I have transferred the photos from i phone 5 into i cloud but now i want to down load them onto my i phone 6

How did you "transfer the photos" into iCloud? Were the photos part of an iCloud backup? If so, simply restore the backup to your new iPhone 6. Are those photos part of your photostream? If so, enable photostream on your iPhone 6. If those photos were transferred to iCloud Drive, install an app on your iPhone 6 that can access the iCloud Drive photos and then download them.
