    was having trouble with my iPad Air, went to apple, and the iPad was still on warranty and they switched it out for one outofthe box. The tech put everything on the cloud and reset it, but I lost my candy crush progress. Can you help?

    If your game data wasn't a part of the backup then your progress in the game is lost. Having said that, I'd like to think that the tech performed an iCloud backup for you. You can restore that backup and reclaim the process you've made in the game. I don't play the game so I don;t know if it has a built-in iCloud backup option or not. If it does, enable it and hope that your progress syncs to your device.
