    I had jail break for a while on my iphone 4, ios7, it says SpringBoard crashed, and it's in safe mode. Now when i try to restore it on my pc, it won't connect to the pc (it won't show up on itunes).

    You could try putting it into Recovery Mode? :-

    iOS 7:
    - Plug in your turned-off iOS device into your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed
    - Hold both Power & Home buttons until the Apple Logo is displayed.
    - Release the Power button but continue to hold down the Home button. Device enters Recovery mode.
    - Use iTunes to restore the device.
