when will the iPhone 6 be available for a best buy concession line?

Hi, I am a best buy employee and I am trying to upgrade my iPhone 5 which is on a concession line to an iPhone 6, but after calling and trying to upgrade I was told it is not available, yet my Verizon account manger says it is available. So I am just trying to get the correct answer.
