Why I'm not receiving mail on any apple products?

HELP! i'm not very IT literate so looking for help. I've had no emails in to my account since 20th Nov when apple did a upgrade. I've a mac, ipad and iphone 5s. I've been on the apple forums and followed the advice suggested but nothing has worked. I'm a bit at a loss about what do do next. Can anyone please advise? Thanks

It would help if you could let us know the things that you have already tried so we dont ask you to do the things again. Is your email not working on all the devices? I would delete the account and re-add it.

Yes, do as phreddyl says. Only after you delete the account, do a hard reset on your phone. Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release. Then add your email account back in.
