[iMore Question]

Occasionally for what seems like no reason at all my ringer volume will turn itself all the way down & I can't turn it back up using the volume rocker. The first 2 times it happened I turned my phone off & back on & then it worked. The third time I followed some instructions I found online to use the white dot to turn the volume up & that worked. The forth time I tried everything I had done before & nothing worked but what seemed like magically a few hours later it started working on its own. I am having the same problem for a fifth time now & nothing seems to be working. I am to the point where I would like to throw the stupid thing in the trash but I have almost a year on my contract till I'm due for a new phone. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! Has anyone else had this problem?
