Are you talking about "memory" or "storage"? All iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have 1 GB of "memory". They come in various storage capacities (16GB, 64GB and 128GB).

To address your question, no information has been released (as far as I know) regarding either memory or storage capacity for the Watch.
