How do I get Siri to always listen?

Always listening would be great

They say it drains your battery but what doesn't drain your battery always listening would be perfect. Not every one is always charging Thier phone.and if they are charging Thier iPhone then why should it matter if hey siri is only available when plugged in.thanks
