If someone logs into my iTunes account, will I get an e-mail notice?
I know that Apple is sending out notices when someone access your i-cloud, but I was wondering if they where doing the same for itunes.

Yes you'll receive an email along with an alert on your iDevice that someone has logged in with your Apple ID.

I just logged into iTunes (and authorize computer) on my laptop and no notification was sent to me.

I'm not sure about iTunes. But I know you'll be notified via email if someone logs into your iCloud account.

I was notified by Apple when someone logged into my account via iTunes. They even told me where the person logged in from - China. It was too late though as that person was able to access my account and download apps to my account. Still, I'm glad they notified me.
