    I love the idea of my child getting approval before downloading a song, however they get a lot of iTunes gift cards so I may approve of it, but not want to be the one to pay for it. I may want THEM to pay for it with their own iTunes gift cards. Is this possible?

    Afaik if there is a gift card balance, that is used first before charging your credit card. However the approval alerts don't tell you if they have a balance or not.
