When using iTunes Match, how do I download all my songs to my iPhone at one time?

As of today's date (11/22/14), I have updated my MacBook Air and iPhone 5S to the latest OS's. I have purchased iTunes Match and cannot find out how do download all my songs to iTunes on my iPhone at one time. It seem as if you need to click on each song to download (bad), or you can click on each album and download all the songs on the album (better, but not great). There should be an easy way to do this (download all button). Am I missing something? I am afraid to sync the iPhone with my Mac, for fear of getting duplicates (I have seen many articles on this). What say you?

On your phone just go to sort by songs and at the top u can press the cloud with the down arrow for all of them
