Can I move multiple texted photos to camera roll at once?

My friend texted over 200 photos to me, several at a time. I know each can be added to my camera roll individually, but there must be a way to move more than 1 at a time. I have an iPhone 4s and am not very technically savy. Thanks for your help. Sue

Good Morning Sue!!! If you're running iOS 8, select "details" in the top right corner of your text conversation then scroll down to your pics. Press & hold any pic then select "more". You can now select as many pics as you'd like then click "save image" in the bottom left corner.

In the future if your both on an iDevice you should use Airdrop it's super fast and the photos go directly into the Camera Roll after you accept them
