My iPad 1 is stuck on restriction?

iPad 1 stuck jailbroken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Runs ios 5.1.1 so please help and its stuck on restriction i didnt set restriction up. also i tried connecting it to itunes and it says unknown error itunes couldent connect to this ipad
