How do I share a purchased app with my wife if it doesn't show up?

I want to share a purchased app with my wife but it doesn't show up.

I purchased the Swype app last night, intending to share it with my wife today, but it doesn't show up in my Purchased App list...on my wife's phone, within the iCloud app.

Help?

Make sure family sharing is turned on. It may take a certain period of time before it shows up, IF the developer allows sharing.
