Why is my plus sign off when trying to create a Calendar event?

When i want to make an event in the calender the plus sign i always off it never turn on what i need to do?? Can any one help me plz

Welcome to iMore! Can you explain what you see? Or send us a screen shot? I'm not sure what you mean. Is the + in the top right corner not there?

If the + is not there, try doing a hard reset. Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

Yes this + sign but mine isnt red its white its there
