How do I recover a lost note on my iPhone 5?

I lost a note from my IPhone 5. It just dissapeared.

Is there any way to access it or find it.
I looked in my Notes on my computers yahoo account and it wasnt there either.

If you use iOS default notes and if you have enabled iCloud check it and get it from iCloud
