    Will Apple Watch work with an iPad Air on WiFi? What about an old iPhone 5 which no longer has a phone or data plan, and only works on WiFi? For example an old iPhone 5 no longer being used.

    Apple Watch is compatible with the following devices running the latest version of iOS 8.

    • iPhone 5
    • iPhone 5C
    • iPhone 5S
    • iPhone 6
    • iPhone 6

    In regard to having a data plan, I doubt it, but I'm only guessing.
