Every time I use the flashlight app it tells me that the cellular data is turned off for this app. I know it is, I turned it off. How can I stop it from asking?

The flashlight app is asking for cellular data?
Really? May be it wants to show you ads... But I would look for an alternative.

Why do you even have a flashlight app?
Just use the built in one.
I still have and use the one I had before iOS 7. It's the features. It's called Light. It has no nonsense features and I can access it faster than I can the built in model. Pulling up the Control Panel can be difficult with the older version of the Otterbox Defender.

That's the correct answer. The Flashlight app wants cellular or wifi because it wants to serve you ads.
The banner ad at the top is not intrusive, and with Light, you can darken the entire screen, including the ad and the status bar. So no light shines back at my face while using it.
