My jailbroken iPhone 4 keeps crashing even when its in safe mode. Is there a way to fix this?

i recently installed vshare and a couple doodle god games from it. but when i tried to open safari, app store, or even the clock the apps would crash so i thought vshare and the downloaded games where the problem. so i deleted all of them and reset my phone. now everytime i open my phone all i see is my background and then it crashes and reloads. is there any way i could fix this without getting a new iphone?

You can always restore the device to stock....
