My iphone 4 is water damaged. Phone will charge at wall plug in, but loses charge immediately when unplugged. Will not hold charge when hooked to computer...apple logo shows. Unable to access wifi.
Photos set to automatically upload to icloud. The only photos on the cloud are from the last two weeks.
The rest of the photos are on the phone (I can see them when the phone is plugged in and charged)
How can I get them off my phone?

Being that your device has water damage, the fact that it cannot be accessed via a computer, it cannot access a Wi-Fi network and will not maintain a charge, you might want to prepare yourself to accept that the photos may be lost and/or inaccessible. Feel free to take it to a nearby Apple Store to see if they can do something to help in this regard.
