Unable to download any apps...but can

iPad mini two of them I am unable to update the applications on two different devices. Restrictions are disabled, this just started like a few weeks ago, one ipad is new....I was able to download a couple games thru Apple store, Imhave an android device at home on the same wifi (no cell data on these) and the android has zero probs.

Thanks in advance....I'm ready to scream !

What's happening? Are you getting an error? Or just nothing at all?
