How to remove photo albums from i photo

I've got a work i phone which has to be returned to my employer as I am finishing working for them, it has got albums with hundreds of my family photos accidentally uploaded from i photo- is they only way to get rid of the albums to delete my originals ini photo which i really want o keep?

1. Do you have a Mac with the iPhoto app installed? If so, can you not sync those photos to your Mac?
2. Can you connect your phone to your computer, and then drag and drop the photos via iTunes?
3. Can you upload the photos from your phone to a cloud service like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etcetera, and then download them to your computer for safe keeping?
