Can I take the Yosemite monster off of my computer?

can i take the yosemite monster off of my computer??? it has messed up everything!!!!

I accidentally pressed install, I think... thinking I was updating. Yosemite has made my computer barely usable. I can't use my earthlink account, it stalls out. I wait and wait for pages to load on everything else. I HATE this!!! Can I get my computer back to where it was before I 'updated'?

I had it on my MacBook for 20 minutes and did a Time Machine restore.
