I bought a logitech MX mouse for my Mac Lapbook pro and it doesn't recognize it.

I googled for an answer and saw others are having serious problems also. Is logitech MX not compatible with Mac? No one seems to answer anything that works. I'm not even at the "using" stage. It doesn't connect.

I have the Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse and it works on a Mac just fine. Great mouse. Logitech is the shiz!

I’ve got an Apple Magic Mouse for my rMBP, but my wife uses a Logitech MX on her iMac without any issue.

Is that one that uses the little Logitech receiver that you plug into the USB port? I had nothing but trouble with those mice with my MBP. It seemed like the aluminum body of the laptop really ruined the signal between the mouse and receiver. It did work, just not very well.
