I am so annoyed that Apple has not given the option to turn off or disable the feature to include attachments in the body of it's email software -- Macbook Pro. This is otherwise known as "inline attachments". Give the way most people send mail with attachment, none that I know restrict attachments as icons. Is there a way to disable "inline attachments"?

https://discussions.apple.com/message/26906246#26906246 may be an option if you are using Yosemite (OS X 10.10).
https://discussions.apple.com/thread...art=0&tstart=0 may help if you are using Mavericks (OS X 10.9). There are additional links at bottom of the post that may be relevant.
