iphone 5 newly buy not working

how can you help on my phone that I newly by last october 10, 2014 and when it drains the battery now when i charges it won't charge anymore? only the apple logo is appearing and it turns off now i can't use the phone anymore since i buy it!

How did you aquire your iPhone 5?, Have you done a reset? Try holding the power and home button down at the same time until the Apple logo screen appears and the release and see if that brings it back to life.

Welcome to iMore! The iPhone 5's are getting old. Your battery may be worn out. You should take it to an Apple store, if one is near you. If not, find a reputable repair shop and let them check it out. I hate it that you're having this problem.
