Compare Note 4 to 6 Plus for length of time to start up and ready to take a picture.

My wifes Note 3 is always asking her to wait while it processes images. If you do not wait it has blurry images( mostly in low light conditions). Does the 6 Plus do this. Do they both have image stabilization or just the 6 Plus.
The note 4 seems to need to hold image while processing an image. you can get blurry images if your going free hand.

Both the 6 and 6+ have image stabilization, but the 6+ has Optical Image Stabilization. You don't have to wait for it to take the picture, it focuses very fast even while moving.
