Can I take over my husband's iPad?

I will be using my husband's iPad. How do I reset the user name etc.? Also will I be able to download my app from my old iPad?

You will need to restore using iTunes and set up as new using your Apple ID and yesy your apps will be available for you to download to "new" iPad, good luck.
