Why does the Apple screen on my iPad Air keep flashing?

the apple screen on my ipad air keeps flashing. I just bought it.

You can't do anything on it. It keeps flashing on then goes to my apps, then back to the apple.

You can't do anything on it. It keeps flashing on then goes to my apps, then back to the apple.

Try putting it into DFU mode and then restoring it from iTunes. If this doesn't solve it you may have to take it to Apple for a solution.
