    Being that we do not know what device you're referring to, I can only assume it is an iPhone, iPod, iPad or Mac. If so, I recommend you make a genius bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the problem for you. More than likely, you will need hardware-type replacement, but I'm only speculating.
