    Month ago a buy an iphone 4s from someone he tricked me and sold me a stolen divice then by youtube I delete icloud account and format my iphone after that it's stucked at activition

    so...

    I need APPLE help the account name is ( redacted )

    To be blunt, there is nothing we can do for you in this regard. Sorry. As for reporting the owner, can you not file a police report?
