How do I make a picture into screen saver?

I received a picture on email, how do I make it my screen saver and add to my pictures

If I am not mistaken, when you click on the picture there should be a little box with an arrow pointing up. Click on that, then pick "Save Image", and that will add it to your pictures.

After that, go to Settings > Wallpaper > Choose New Wallpaper, then pick the picture.
