Why am I not able to sent mail from my iPad when traveling?

I am traveling and cannot send mail from my IPad...

I get a message that says password is incorrect

1. Try entering the correct email password "Slowly".
2. Try logging in to your email via the browser to see if you can then retrieve your email.
3. Delete the email account and then re-configure it.
