How to speech to text for a car

Wondering how to speak via Bluetooth through my car for a text. Additionally when a text comes in, I want it to automatically be read to me so I don't have a pick up my phone

If your phone is being charged while in your car, all you have to do is say "hey Siri, ready my text" or "hey Siri send a text to ..."
If not on the charger then press the home button to activate Siri & & say "read my text or sent a text to...
