The title states you lost "most" photos, but your post is stating that you lost "all" of them. Which is it? Anyway, if you backup up your old iPhone that contained those photos, and those photos were in your camera roll then they should restore to your new device after you've setup iCloud on it. Depending on how many photos you had, it may take a long time to restore them. Are you on Wi-Fi?
