IPhone 5s hotspot?

I'm thinking of picking up a 5s tomorrow, but I'm curious if there's a mod that can be done to use the hotspot with unlimited data. I have an unlimited 4g plan on T-Mobile. I'm a noob when it comes to iPhones.

My tmobile plan has unlimited 4g and 3 gb of hotspot. On my galaxy s4 I have it hacked so that my hotspot runs off my data instead of hotspot plan, and I use about 300gb a month.
I'm looking for that same thing on an iPhone 5s

What my plan is, is unlimited 4g data, and 3gb of hotspot.

On my galaxy s4 I have it hacked so that my hotspot comes off of my data plan instead of my hotspot plan, which allows me to use the 300gb a month I use of hotspot.

I believe you'll have to jailbreak and use something like Tetherme or Mywi
