Why can't I delete an iMessage?

Trying to delete an Imessage.

When I have deleted other imessages it worked, but now holding down on the message or tapping twice, just gives me the copy option. Any help

Try rebooting your device to see if that will help.

Mine has been doing that lately also. I have to log out of messages and then go back in. Sometimes more than once. Then it will bring up the more list for deleting.
