I SOMETIMES TOUCH SOMETHING THAT ENLARGES MY ipHONE 5 SCREEN AND NEED HELP TO DECREASE SIZE.

Do you mean you're zooming in? If so, just double tap to zoom out. You can change the size of the actual screen.

Go to Settings>General>Accesibilty, and turn Zoom off
