How do I copy Email addressess from PC to iPad Mini?

My PC operates Windows 7 and my mailer is 'Windows Live Mail'

Can I copy my Email addresses (several hundred) from my PC to my iPad Mini 2.
(iCloud seems to require 'Outlook' as a mailer)

Isn't Windows Live Mail & Hotmail now Outlook.com mail? I've had both and they are now my Outlook.com mail.

Having said that, how is it that you have "several hundred" email addresses? Anyway, you can;t just copy over your hundreds of email addresses. You will have to configure the device individually, if I'm understanding your question correctly.

I'm assuming they have several hundred email addresses of their contacts, not several hundred email addresses that they use personally.
