Why is my camera occasionally takI g photos upside down, no matter the orientation?

camera occasionally takes photos upside down, no matter the orientation

every now and then when I take a photo no matter how I hold the phone it takes photos upside down, the bottom of the screen where it gives the camera options is the right way up but the top half where it gives the flash options these are upside down. after a while of playing about turning it on and off it eventually resets itself and is ok again.

What device do you have and what OS version are you running? My friend has a 5S running 8.1 and she had that issue for a moment. A reboot fixed it for her. Try holding your home & power buttons down at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Hopefully this helps
