Why is my iPhone ringing after swipe to answer?

Iphone ringing after swipe to answer.

Iphone 5 is ringing 1-2 seconds after swipe to answer. The problem occure since updating to IOS 8.0 and is still present after updating to 8.1. If I swipe and speak right after that I'm not heard by the other person. The sama problem with Iphone 5s. This annoing bug did not occure while the phones were having IOS 7... Thank you.

I don't know what to tell you except that I've never had that happen on any of my iPhones. If you haven't already, you might want to consider restoring your device and setting it up as new.
