iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s.... Amazon Prime streaming to TV quit working. It used to work just fine... suddenly no joy. I am running iOS 7.1.2 and the error message I get is I need to have iOS 7.1 or higher.... anyone else having this problem? Apparently air play isn't working....
I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you have an Apple TV to stream Amazon Prime stuff from your iPhone to your TV. If that is correct, have you attempted any of the following?
1. Reboot the iPhone
2. Reboot the Apple TV
Having said that, when --> I <-- search the App Store on my iPhone 5 running iOS 8.1, I see "Amazon Instant Video" and "Amazon Music with Prime Music". The first requires iOS 5 or later and the latter requires iOS 6 or later.
