    Nobody knows that for sure. But I would bet the 5s will get updates for a couple of years.

    5s is a great device, it should be getting updates for awhile.

    Just a guess, but Id say so. The device that got dropped from iOS 8 this year was the iPhone 4, which was released in June, 2010. So my guess would be at least 2 years, probably 3 more years of updates for the iPhone 5S.
