I have a bubble at the top right of my iPhone 6 phone screen what is it and how do I get rid of it?

The bubble is on all phone screens, (phone, voice mail, key pad for phone) but not on home screen or other screens such as aps.

Can you please post a screenshot?

i dunno what it is but it goes away if you recycle the phone
