No matter what adjustments I make, incoming telephone calls will not sound. Instead, the screen lights up thus denoting a call and it does vibrate but no sound alerting me that someone is calling. HELP!

Since I don't know precisely what "adjustments" you made, please double-check the following:

    1. Check to make sure that the mute switch isn't enabled on the side of the device.
    2. Press the + volume button on the side of the device and adjust the volume accordingly.
    3. Make sure that the Do Not Disturb feature isn't enabled.
    4. Go to Settings - Notifications - Phone and make sure that "Allow Notifications" is enabled and then below it, check to make sure that a ringtone has been selected under the "Notification Sound" option.
    5. Make sure your device is not connected to a Bluetooth device.
